Refund and Exchange Policy
We are proud to offer beautiful high-quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchases from Organic Nights. If you are not delighted with your purchase for whatever reason we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase.
Please ensure that you meet the following conditions:
- Organic Nights returns that wish to be refunded must be received within 30 days of receiving your order (please allow 5 business days for us to receive your item).
- Organic Nights returns that wish to be exchanged must be received within 30 days of receiving your order (please allow 5 business days for us to receive your item).
- Items are unwashed and unworn, in their original condition and packaging with tags still attached.
- Pls print your original invoice and circle the items to be returned and indicate whether you would like them to be refunded or exchanged. Include this in your postage pack.
- In addition, please email us at hello@organicnights.com.au to notify us of the incoming return and how we can rectify the situation.

Pls note that we recommend that you return the items via registered post as we can’t take responsibility for lost items. We are unable to pay for your return postage however we are happy to send an exchanged item free of charge.
Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancelled Orders
To cancel an order that has been placed online, please contact us as soon as possible and we can cancel this order as long as it has not been shipped. If it has been shipped then our standard returns policy will apply.
